Burning Wheel
An interesting game with an excellent character creation system. Burning Wheel challenges you to fill out your character with traits, instincts, and beliefs to roleplay the character as much as skills and attributes allow you to roleplay. Although there are still some flaws to the system, I suggest you check it out and give it a try.
